Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in REAL Mentoring packages offered by Dayna Seraye, LLC. By purchasing and engaging in REAL Mentoring, you agree to these terms in full.

Services

REAL Mentoring includes one-on-one mentoring sessions with Dayna Seraye, offered via Zoom unless otherwise arranged, and includes practices, reflections, and resources designed to support your personal and professional growth.

Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Sessions are scheduled in advance through the booking link provided or via direct coordination with Dayna.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

  • All sessions within your package must be used within the timeframe of your package (e.g., 3 sessions within 3 months, 6 sessions within 6 months) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of booking, with payment plan options available as specified on the sales page.

  • Due to the nature of this work and the commitment involved, payments are non-refundable. If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may request to pause or adjust your package, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Client Responsibility

REAL Mentoring is a co-creative process that requires your active participation. You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, and actions throughout the mentoring process.

Disclaimer

REAL Mentoring with Dayna Seraye, LLC is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed healthcare. It is a mentoring and coaching relationship intended to support your personal and professional development.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or if there is concern for your safety or the safety of others.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during REAL Mentoring are the intellectual property of Dayna Seraye, LLC and are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Dayna Seraye, LLC will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, arising out of your participation in REAL Mentoring.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Agreement

By purchasing and participating in REAL Mentoring with Dayna Seraye, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
